Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on HOUSE BILL                
NO. 148 be taken up at this time.

HOUSE BILL NO. 148 "An Act exempting the University of Alaska                  
from the administrative adjudication provisions of the Administrative          
Procedure Act; and providing for an effective date" was before the             
Senate in third reading on reconsideration.                                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held to the May 1 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
